The service was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having breakfast included and appreciated the help with arranging wine tastings. the location was also quite convenient, as it was close to restaurants and attractions.
The actual location was different from what was described online, and this made it difficult to find initially. important amenities were missing in the apartment like a cutting knife and spoons for coffee, so preparing meals was inconvenient.

The kitchen may need some improvement, lacking a few essentials like small spoons for coffee or cutting knives.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with breakfast, wine tasting and shopping. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the old town and castle. Additionally, it was convenient as it was very near the Austrian border, making it a great stopover when travelling from one country to another. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities provided were of a top-notch quality.
Nothing all excellent.

We had an amazing romantic escape in this apartment! The decoration was beautiful, and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the fact that we were only a few steps away from the old part of town and all the cafes and restaurants. Plus, the proximity to the border made it convenient for us to continue our journey.
Although we enjoyed our stay, we did miss having some basic kitchen utensils such as a cutting knife and small spoons for our coffee. Despite this, the service provided by the friendly receptionist more than made up for it.
